Ms. Maria Eugenia Saralegui was born in Havana, Cuba, and came to south Florida in 1960. Ms. Saralegui grew up in Key Biscayne, attended Key Biscayne Elementary, and continued her high school education at The Academy of the Assumption on Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida. Ms. Saralegui attended Miami Dade College where she received an Associates in Arts degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Supervision. Ms. Saralegui is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and is the President and Principal Broker/Owner of Saral Investments, Inc., a Mortgage Broker business in south Florida.

Ms. Saralegui joined JB Howell and Company Corp., a Prudential Mortgage Capital Advisor and Real Estate Investment Banking Firm transitioning from New York to Miami in 2000. As Senior Loan Officer/Mortgage Broker, she was responsible for business development and implementation of the client base for JB Howell, Prudential Advisors, and developed a marketing system for originating commercial multifamily mortgage loans within the State of Florida. Afterwards Ms. Saralegui worked as Managing Director for the Capital Markets Group of American Southern Financial Group, LLC owned by the Keyes Company. Ms. Saralegui was responsible for business development and commercial multifamily loan origination within the State of Florida. Additionally, Ms. Saralegui owned and operated as the Principal Broker/Owner of Saral Finance Corporation, a Mortgage Brokerage Business and Real Estate Investment Firm in the State of Florida.

Ms. Saralegui has over 30 years’ experience in south Florida’s real estate marketplace. In her many years as a Prudential Mortgage Capital Advisor, her specialty is in Corporate and Real Estate finance primarily through Conduit and Fannie Mae DUS Programs.
